| LOS GATOS, CA and LONDON, UK– August 29, 2006 – ICTV, creator of enhanced VOD solutions that seamlessly blend the choice and control of broadband video with the quality and responsiveness of television, today announced that Stephen Reeder has been named Vice President of Business Development for EMEA.
Reeder, who has 17 years experience in the European cable, IPTV and telecommunications industries, will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to advance the deployment of interactive programming based on the ICTV ActiveVideo™ platform. Reeder joins ICTV after three years as executive vice president with ANT plc., a United Kingdom developer of software for the delivery, presentation and control of interactive television applications and services.

With ANT plc, Reeder was responsible for all sales, marketing, partnership and product management. In addition, he served on the company’s Board of Directors and was instrumental in the company’s listing on the London Stock Exchange's AIM market. Prior to joining ANT, Reeder held positions with Lucent Technologies, as a regional account director, and with Concert, an international telecommunications provider, as head of hosted services new product development. From 1989-99, he was with BT's Consumer Products, Cable TV Services and Research and Development units in various engineering, business development and executive assistant capacities. Reeder holds a First Class Honours Degree in Electronic Systems Engineering from the University of East Anglia, and an MBA from the London Business School.
